The Programme for Government sets out the clear ambition to prioritise the delivery of transformative, critical and growth-enhancing infrastructure over the next 5 years. To support these goals, the Government, led by my Department, has commenced work on setting the parameters, priorities and critical milestones for the Review. The approach to reviewing the NDP was approved by Government this week and sectoral Departments are now finalising their policy proposals before formal discussions with my Department commence later in April.It is planned that a report on the Review will be published in July 2025, in line with the timeline set out in the Programme for Government.
