To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport further to Parliamentary Question No. 195 of 5 February 2025, at what point his Department began its detailed examination in relation to a number of flights through sovereign Irish airspace carrying munitions of war, which occurred in breach of Irish legislation; the timeframe in which he expects to conclude this examination; if he agrees that such needs to be completed as a matter of urgency given the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
