To ask the Minister for Health the number of investigations and reviews held into serious reportable events in maternity units between 2016 and 2023 which resulted in negative outcomes in terms of patients’ care and staff conduct (details supplied); if she cannot provide this data, to ask the masters of those hospitals to provide said data in respect of outcomes; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
