To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 226 of 19 February 2025, given that the National Gender Service is unable to provide any examples of companies that have operated in contravention of Irish Medical Council Guidelines, if it will commit to no longer indicating that compliance issues exist.
