To ask the Minister for Health the reason there are local people living and paying cash rent to rent bungalows in a hospital in Athy; if the HSE were ever told about the significant risk of this; the reason it was never acted upon; and if she will intervene in this situation and pause this rent that is forced on these vulnerable older people.
