To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the number of offenders who served their full sentence in respect of convictions for criminal offences; and the number of offenders who served half of their sentence in each of the years 2020 to 2024 and to date in 2025 where additional sentence has been handed down by the courts.
