2. To ask the Taoiseach when his Department officials last met with the Data Protection Commissioner to ensure the highest standards are being met by the Department, and all agencies under its remit, in terms of compliance with data protection legislation. [14449/25]

The Department of the Taoiseach is committed to protecting the rights and privacy of individuals in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts.

The Department’s designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) liaises regularly with officials in the Data Protection Commission during the course of their work and also as a member of the Commission's DPO Network and other Public Service DPO Networks.
