My Department has been in contact with the person named in relation to their application. They submitted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) (Agriculture) application for a Consent Decision in September 2024. As per EIA (Agriculture) S.I. No. 456 of 2011, this application was published on my Department’s website for a 30-day public consultation period.

The consultation period has ended, and my Department has finished the review of the application for a Consent Decision. It is in the process of preparing a decision on the application, which will be forwarded to the person named shortly.
