To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment whether his Department has examined the issue of file padding in the workplace, where employers fabricate or exaggerate disciplinary records to justify dismissal, demotion, or other adverse actions; whether such practices will be recognised as a form of workplace harassment; whether legislative measures are being considered to prevent and penalise such conduct; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
