My department operates a devolved procurement function whereby each Business Unit is responsible for the procurement of their own individual contracts.

However, in order to provide the Deputy with list of the total expenditure on public procurement by the Department of Enterprise; Trade and Employment and its agencies, including spending on goods, services and works acquired through public procurement processes, in each of the past five years it will not be possible to provide the details requested within the time frame specified.

Details regarding this element of the question will be forwarded to the Deputy as soon as possible over the coming days.
