Burial Grounds

To ask the Minister for Health if an audit has been carried out by her Department and the HSE to identify all of the burial grounds which are in the ownership or under their control, and which said grounds were used for the burial of persons from mental health facilities, mother and baby homes, industrial schools, and other institutions; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
