To ask the Minister for Health the total cost of the HSE’s National Safeguarding Office computerised system for recording and analysing reports of abuse of vulnerable adults, from project definition to final testing and implementation; the members of the project board that oversaw the project; the number of times it met; and if the minutes of these meetings will be made public.
