To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government his views on the figures extracted from GeoDirectory by a newspaper (details supplied) which shows that 14,500 buildings are vacant across Dublin and that the recommendation provided for in the Dublin City Taskforce to increase significantly Dublin City Council’s revolving fund to purchase vacant and derelict sites should be implemented; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
