The Intoxicating Liquor Bill was not published prior to the dissolution of the 33rd Dáil. The Programme for Government commits to updating our licensing laws. In keeping with that commitment this work is underway and will be advanced in due course, with updates on progress to be included in the Government's Legislative Programme on an continuing basis.
