To ask the Minister for Health in regard to the primary health care centre in a location (details supplied), to outline future plans for the installation of X-ray and scanning facilities to treat minor injuries in the north county area and relieve stress on hospital accident and emergency departments in the wider region, similar to the Bantry local injury unit; and if she will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.

As the Health Service Executive (HSE) holds responsibility for the provision, along with the maintenance and operation of Primary Care Centres, I have asked the HSE to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
