The Department of Transport awarded one contract to Codec in the last five years. This was the result of a competitive procurement process. The contract related to the provision of data analytics platform implementation services and was awarded in February 2024. The project is ongoing, however, so far the outputs are being delivered on time and within budget.

Separately, the National Transport Authority (NTA) has awarded four contracts to Codec in the last five years. These were all as a result of competitive procurement processes. The contracts related to the following:

  1. Provision of CRM development and support services. Many upgrade and enhancement projects have been delivered in this timeframe. All have been delivered successfully within budget and on schedule.
  2. Provision of SharePoint development and support services. A number of SharePoint and website projects have been delivered in this timeframe. All have been delivered successfully within budget and on schedule.
  3. Provision of specialist resources. A number of specialist resources have been drawn down off resourcing frameworks.
  4. Provision of an ERP system. This contract was signed in December 2023. It is scheduled to be completed in Q3 2025. The project is ongoing, and to date, the outputs are being delivered on time and within budget.
