To ask the Minister for Health her views on whether it is appropriate that people across Offaly are expected to travel to neighbouring counties for both civil marriage ceremonies and to receive their green book; if her Department will work with the HSE to ensure a level 5 registrar is in position in the county without further delay; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
