To ask the Minister for Health if she has been made aware of problems with the Halcyon Radiation machine in University Hospital Limerick whereby the machine regularly breaks down leading to the cancellation of appointments for patients, many of whom have to travel long distances to receive their treatment; if she will engage with the HSE to find a timely solution to this issue; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
