To ask the Minister for Health the reason that a charitable organisation (details supplied), which is partially funded by the HSE, is allowed to refuse services to an individual with an acquired brain injury on the grounds that the injury was caused by alcohol consumption, in light of the fact that medical professionals working with the individual support the referral for rehabilitation.
