Further to the Deputy's clarification on the question, I can confirm to the Deputy no functions, roles and services carried out and delivered by civil servants in my Department have been contracted out to the private sector since the implementation of the Building Momentum public service agreement.

My Department continues to avail of additional support from contractors from the private sector in assisting the civil servants in my Department in the delivery of their functions, roles and services.
