The person named submitted an application under the ACRES General stream and was approved into Tranche 1 of the scheme, with a commencement date of 1st January 2023. All payments in respect of scheme year 2023 have been finalised for this case.

I can advise that the ACRES advance payment in respect of 2024 has not yet issued as further validation checks are required for all contracts with actions that can be rotated to different parcels, such as catch crops. My Department is working to progress these checks as a matter of urgency (as is the case with all EU co-funded schemes, all ACRES applications must pass regulatory controls and validations before payment can issue).

My Department continues to work to expedite payments. Further pay runs, to participants in both Tranches, will continue to issue on a regular basis as cases pass all required validation checks.
