One of the conditions for receipt of the Living Alone Increase requires the applicant to be in receipt of a qualifying payment from this Department.

As the person concerned is not currently in receipt of a qualifying payment from my Department, they are not entitled to the Living Alone Increase.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
