To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government the number of developer provided infrastructure projects nationwide that fall outside the scope of circular PL5/14 of November 2014 and the agreed memoranda of understanding in terms of the transfer of water services infrastructure assets within the estates to Uisce Éireann, by local authority area, in tabular form. I understand that the Question is referring to housing estates which have not, as yet, been taken-in-charge by local authorities and their water services are not connected to the public Uisce Éireann network but instead these locations rely upon infrastructure provided by the developers of the estate.
The table under provides the information of such locations. It is important to state that this information is point in time data which was provided to my Department by the local authorities in April 2023.
