A provisional list of Statutory Instruments that may be brought forward by my Department during the first six months of 2025 is set out in tabular form below. The table includes two columns outlining whether the Statutory Instruments are concerned with the transposition or implementation of EU law, or with the commencement of existing legislation. As some of the Statutory Instruments are currently being drafted, numbers are not yet assigned.
