99. To ask the Minister for Health the budget for primary care services in 2025; the proportion this represents of the total health budget for 2025; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [9922/25]

The budget for Primary Care (excluding Palliative Care and Social Inclusion) in 2025 as set out in the HSE’s National Service Plan 2025 is €1,443 million. This represents 6.1% of the Department of Health's overall budget allocation to the HSE for 2025 of €23,705 million, and an increase of €113 million (8.5%) on the Primary Care budget for 2024 of €1,331 million as set out in the HSE’s National Service Plan 2024.
