To ask the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the precise date on which his Department officials were made aware of the National Gallery of Ireland's inability to house its newly purchased €125,000 scanner; who was informed; the consequences there will be; how the scanner has been stored since purchase; the cost of storage; the plans his Department has to house an operating scanner; if this is part of a larger building programme for the gallery; and if so, when this will commence and be completed.
