I propose to take Questions Nos. 432, 433, 434, 435, 436, 437, 438, 439, 440 and 441 together.
The State Claims Agency (SCA) has a statutory remit to manage personal injury claims on behalf of State Authorities including the Health Service Executive.
The SCA has advised me that while it publishes information on claims, it does not publish a breakdown by individual hospital.
