The advance payment claim associated with this herd in respect of participation in ACRES in 2024 has not yet issued because the required soil sample documents had not been submitted. I can confirm that the soil sample documents were received on Monday 3rd March 2025. The application will now be validated against the remaining prepayment checks. Once all checks have been passed successfully, the application will be included on the next available payment run.
I can assure you that everything is being done to pay, as soon as possible, all ACRES participants who clear prepayment checks.

The person named was accepted into ACRES General Tranche 1, with a contract commencement date of January 1st 2023. An advance payment of €5,040.15 issued to the herd owner in December 2023 in respect of their participation in the Scheme in 2023.
The 2023 balance payment claim was held due to a penalty issue. This issue has now been resolved. Once all prepayment validations have been passed, the final contract value will be calculated and the balancing payment made. The case will then progress to validation checks for the 2024 advance payment.
Further pay runs will continue to issue on a regular basis as cases pass all required validation checks. I can assure you that everything is being done to pay, as soon as possible, all ACRES participants who clear prepayment checks.

The issue that had been preventing this case from passing the required validations for the balancing payment for 2023 has been identified, and a solution is currently being put in place. Once the payment claim for 2023 is finalised, the case will then progress to validation checks for the 2024 advance payment.

The person named was accepted into ACRES General Tranche 1, with a contract commencement date of January 1st 2023. I can confirm that all ACRES payments in respect of 2023 have been finalised for this participant.
The advance payment claim associated with this herd in respect of 2024 has not yet cleared all the necessary prepayment validation checks. My Department is actively working to progress these checks as a matter of urgency. As is the case with all EU co-funded schemes, all ACRES applications must pass regulatory controls and validations before payment can issue. Further pay runs, to participants in both Tranches, are continuing on a regular basis as cases pass all required validation checks.
I can assure you that everything is being done to pay, as soon as possible, all ACRES participants who clear prepayment checks.
