328. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 351 of 25 February 2025, the timeframe for which the title issue, for the adjoining property devolved to the State, will be resolved, to allow for disposal on the market; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Office of Public Works (OPW) is currently liaising with the Chief State Solicitor's Office in relation to the title issues of folio RN19542, which contains the old school building and other areas of the Cloontuskert housing estate in Roscommon.

It is difficult at this stage to say with any certainty how long these deliberations will take, and what the final outcome will be. If court proceedings are required to regularise title then this will undoubtedly add to any timeframe. It is therefore unlikely that matters will be finalised within the next six months. My office can, of course, keep you updated on any significant developments.
