The person named was accepted into ACRES Tranche 1, with a contract commencement date of January 1st 2023. An interim payment of €4,000 issued to the herd owner in March 2024 in respect of their participation in the Scheme in 2023.

My Department is currently investigating the issue preventing this case from passing the required validations for the balancing payment for 2023. Further pay runs will continue to issue on a regular basis as cases pass all required validation checks.

I can assure you that everything is being done to pay, as soon as possible, all ACRES participants who clear prepayment checks.
