464. To ask the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection how he intends to progress the measures contained in the Industrial Relations (Provision in respect of Pension Entitlements of Retired Workers) Bill 2021; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9177/25]

The Industrial Relations (Provisions in Respect of Pension Entitlements of Retired Workers) Bill 2021 was a Private Members’ Bill which has lapsed by reason of the dissolution of the 33rd Dáil.
The Bill was primarily focused on amending industrial relations-related legislation. As such, the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, which has overall policy responsibility for such matters, was the lead Department for addressing these issues.
I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
