To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government to provide the rationale for the marine notice No. 41 of 2024 in relation to the protected 1915 wreck – RMS Lusitania; if reports were received of fishing vessels or other vessels in that vicinity of the wreck site; if so, what these reports were and when the last inspection for this sensitive site took place; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
