To ask the Minister for Health the reason the decision to close down the HSE’s heartwatch programme was taken; if she is aware that the programme’s closure is having a significant impact on those who depended on the programme to monitor their heart health, particularly those not in receipt of a medical card (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
