To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if her attention has been drawn to the recent news article regarding scandals surrounding a company (details supplied), given the fact that Tusla has announced that it has ended its cooperation with that company, if any Government bodies under her aegis are still using the services of the company; and if so, she will provide details of this cooperation. Tusla Education Support Service (TESS) and Tusla's Alternative Education Assessment and Registration Service (AEARS) are under the remit of my Department.

My Department is informed that neither of these services has used the services of the company referred to by the Deputy.
