The project to which the Deputy refers, is a Major Devolved project devolved for delivery to Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB).
The project commenced onsite in quarter 3 of 2024 and pending no issues or delays, it is estimated to be completed in quarter 1 of 2026.
The CMETB are engaging directly with the school authority to keep it informed of progress.
The current status of all projects is listed on a county-by-county basis at www.gov.ie. and this is updated on a regular basis to reflect project progress through the various stages of capital appraisal, site acquisition, design, tender and construction.
