To ask the Minister for Education and Skills for a digital copy of the Ministerial briefing document provided by her Department on taking office, along with copies of Ministerial briefs provided to Ministers of State of her Department; to outline the duties she intends to delegate by statutory instrument to her Minister of State; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The briefs that I and Minister of State, Michael Moynihan, T.D., received are currently being reviewed and will shortly be available on my Department's website.

As announced at the time of his appointment, Minister Monyihan, as Minister of State in my Department, has special responsibility for Special Education and Inclusion. At present, work is being done to identity the legal powers which are appropriate for delegation to the Minister of State in line with this role and I will be bringing proposals in this regard to Government in due course.
