I propose to take Questions Nos. 106, 169 and 177 together.
The Government Legislation Programme, which was published on 18 February 2025, sets out Government legislative priorities for the current parliamentary session.
The current programme includes 50 bills for priority publication and drafting across a number of areas including legislation around updating employment and equality acts, the national cybersecurity bill, licensing of professional home support providers and legislation on housing.
Government also recently approved the restoration of 14 published bills to the Dáil and Seanad Order Papers. These include legislation that will amend the Mental Health Acts, amend the law in relation to defamation, and to provide for sufficient and continued access to cash. I will continue to work with all members to progress legislation through both Houses of the Oireachtas.
