172. To ask the Taoiseach if when he was Tánaiste between 29 November 2024 and 22 January 2024, any agreements or lists have been made or exchanged with independent TDs who now support the Government to include projects in their constituencies in the future National Development plan and or the HSE Capital plan; and if so, if there any documents, notes and messages of any kind that relate to this between him and his advisers, staff, party workers and any of those TDs. There are no agreements or lists, made or exchanged, to include projects in any constituency in the future National Development Plan and or the HSE Capital plan. The Programme for Government was agreed and entails all of the Governments priorities. There is currently a review of the National Development Plan ongoing and it is due to be completed in June 2025. Any Deputy in the House can make a submission to same.
