To ask the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht to provide data on the final cost of public procurement tenders where his Department or agencies under the aegis of his Department acted as the contracting authority in each of the past five years, indicating the number of tenders where the final cost was under, on, or over the contract award value at the time of tendering, in tabular form. My Department in its current configuration was established in September 2020.

My Department's records show that data on the final costs of public procurement tenders (over €25,000), where my Department acted as the contracting authority, and where the contract has been completed and costs finalised, in each year since September 2020 are set out in the table below.

Regarding the bodies and agencies under my Department’s remit, these are operational matters for the agencies themselves.
