To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if she can detail for each year between 2020 to date in 2025 the total number of High Court, Court of Appeal or Supreme Court proceedings where the disability complaints officer, disability appeals officer or the Health Service Executive is a named party to those proceedings where it relates to the assessment of need, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
