The Department's Blended Working was published in October 2022 setting out agreed blended working arrangements for staff and that blended working arrangements are consistently meeting the business needs of this organisation.
My Department has commenced an evaluation of this policy in line with blended working evaluation model published by Department of Public Expenditure, NDP and Reform.
There are no planned changes to the arrangements as agreed in the Department's policy at this time. Any changes to this policy, which are necessary to meet the business needs of the organisation and that of employees, would be done in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
