Whilst there are currently no plans to make any changes to blended working arrangements in my department, my department is planning to carry out an evaluation this year, in line with other Departments.

The focus of the evaluation is to assess how well we are working as individuals, teams and as a department, now we have been using a blended working model for a number of years. In the event that any changes may be required, we will engage with staff representatives using our established channels. However, there are currently no plans to make any changes to existing remote working arrangements.
