My Department published its first Blended Working policy in June 2022. That policy was revised and re-communicated to all staff in June 2023.

Under the current policy, staff must attend the office for a minimum of two days per week, with additional attendance where needed to ensure business needs are met.

No communication around changes in remote or blended working practices in this Department has been issued in 2025. Staff have, however, been kept informed about progress of the HR team's second review of the Department's blended working policy, which is currently underway and commenced with an all-staff survey in January.

As this second review evolves, the HR team will continue to work with the Department's leaders and staff to implement a blended working policy that best serves the Department's delivery for the citizen and our business stakeholders.
