To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the measures that have been introduced at National Shared Services Offices to improve accessibility for all users including, but not exclusively, the introduction of screen reading software for visually impaired users; and the further accessibility improvements planned for the offices. I am advised by the NSSO that it currently utilises accessibility software and platforms, such as Jaws, NVDA and Zoom Text, depending on the individual needs of its staff and customers and that it strives to improve the user experience of its customers and staff.
