611. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the WTE vacancies, by job title currently within the import control division of his Department; and the estimated timeframe for when each of the vacancies will be filled, in tabular form. [5971/25]

My Department is committed to ensuring that a skilled and motivated workforce is in place to meet its priority business needs. To achieve this, workforce planning is utilised in identifying and addressing the needs for all our locations.
All critical staffing vacancies are filled as soon as possible when suitable candidates become available, considering the balance of needs and resources across the Department.
Recruitment is currently underway in the Department to fill vacancies in Import Control Division. The table below provides further related details. The filling of a number of vacancies is nearing completion, with assignment dates in the coming weeks being notified to incoming officers. The filling of the remaining vacancies is being advanced through the standard recruitment mechanisms and my Department aims to minimise any delays in finalising these remaining assignments.
