To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the total number of DNA non-submissions, broken down by sample type, that is, intelligence, evidential or intimate samples, that occurred subsequent to the commencement of the 2019 DNA Inquiry that is, from 3 April 2019 to date; and the full extent of the impact of each such non-submission in regard to the investigation of crime and the infringement of the data protection and human rights of the donor and of the victim.
