To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade the documents that can be supplied to the passport office by a person (details supplied) living in Wales, but who was born in Ireland and currently has an Irish passport that they want to renew; and if he will make a statement on the matter. With regard to the specific application about which the Deputy has enquired, the Passport Service has reviewed the application, taken action as appropriate and contacted the applicant directly in relation to the application.
