I propose to take Questions Nos. 50 to 53, inclusive together.

Article 25 of the Constitution provides that every Bill passed by both Houses of the Oireachtas, other than a Bill proposing to amend the Constitution, shall be submitted by the Taoiseach to the President for his signature and that the President shall sign such Bills no earlier than the fifth and no later than the seventh day after the day on which the Bill has been presented to him.

The Government may, with the concurrence of Seanad Éireann, request the President to sign a Bill earlier than the fifth day after the day on which the Bill has been presented to him.

The information sought by the Deputy providing the date on which Bills were submitted for signature in 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2021 is set out below. In all cases the Bills were signed in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution.
