207. To ask the Minister for Finance to outline the exact title of each Minister of State in his Department; to outline their delegated functions and attributable budget heading for each of these functions; the timeframe for when such delegated functions will be formally notified to the Dáil; and if he will make a statement on the matter. On 29 January 2025, the Government, upon nomination of An Taoiseach, formally appointed Ministers of State and assigned their responsibilities.
Robert Troy TD was appointed as Minister of State at the Department of Finance with special responsibility for Financial Services, Credit Unions and Insurance. I look forward to working closely with Minister of State Troy to progress the remit of the Department.
Arrangements are yet to be finalised and this process is expected to be completed soon.
