I propose to take Questions Nos. 136 and 152 together.

I wish to advise the Deputies that it is my intention to publish the Ministerial brief provided to me as Minister for Transport, and my fellow Ministers of State, in the near future. This brief will be redacted in line with the Freedom of Information Act 2014 and will be made available on my Department's website:

As Minister for Transport, I will, over the coming years, be focussing on delivering on the transport goals set out in the Programme for Government, including goals relating to domestic and international connectivity; sustainability; safety, security & accessibility; and regulatory frameworks which are fit for purpose, future-proofed and ensure the highest standards. This will require the development and implementation of evidence-informed policies and legislation, as well as working collaboratively with the all of the commercial and non-commercial bodies under my aegis.
